Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, for any reason.

To start a return, email us at mixailxristov31@gmail.com with your order number. Please don't send anything back before we reply, as we'll give you the correct return address. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and we'll send a replacement or a refund. We cover the return costs in this case.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it and place a new order for the one you want.
